Before I started Hypnosis for Weight Loss, I used to never eat breakfast, I ate junk food all of the time and I was always hungry! Since I have started on this journey, I find myself choosing healthy foods. I always enjoy breakfast, the portions I eat are way smaller and I always eat just enough to be satisfied but not uncomfortable. I exercise twice a day and my energy levels have gone up. I feel better and I know that I’m already getting thinner and this is only my 6th session and I am down over 20 INCHES!
I thought this would be like all the other diet roller coasters, was I ever surprised that this program finally shows me HOW to hold myself accountable so that I can get the results I need! This program is about it being a journey, learning more tools and techniques each week. I am changing my perspective on what is possible and that I can actually make changes! When I look back I can see just how much I am learning and changing. I am loving the journey and know I need to take action to get there, staying consistent and committed to the goal. I have power over my choices now and am using my own thoughts to help me stay focused. I’ve learned to have more confidence, and to have healthy boundaries.
